Co-founder & Chief Executive Officer, One More One Group

Litu Mohiuddin is a Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of One More One Group. Litu has over 20 years of experience in diverse fields of Fundraising, Business development, Food & Hospitality, Marketing and Journalism.
A Michelin Guide Chef; his journey started with the current best restaurant East India Cafe at the prestigious regency town named Cheltenham in the United Kingdom. After successfully establishing Memsahib Gin & Tea bar and Bespoke distillery in England; Litu expanded the group’s reach and established One More One Bangladesh.
Litu’s biggest believe is in Human development. Pathfinder; a startup incubator in Khulna is a perfect example where Litu is mentoring startups of which he invested in agriculture and e-commerce start ups. Litu loves reading literature, meditating, gardening and listening to folk music.

Rina Saha

Co-founder & Chairman, One More One Group

Rina Saha is a Co-founder and Chairman of One More One Group. Specializing in Law , Rina has served many important positions such as Investment Consultant, Security Consultant, HR manager, Training & Development Consultant.
Rina have successfully operated businesses in three geographical locations over the last 10 years. At present she is working to establish a new Franchise in the United Kingdom and looking over the operation of Pathfinder; an extension of One More One Group in Bangladesh.
Family is the most important thing in life for Rina. She loves exercising and actively related to charities in Cheltenham and Bangladesh.

Rina Saha

Co-founder & Chairman, One More One Group

Rina Saha is a Co-founder and Chairman of One More One Group. Specializing in Law , Rina has served many important positions such as Investment Consultant, Security Consultant, HR manager, Training & Development Consultant.

Rasel Mahmud

Co-founder & Chief Operations Officer, One More One Group

Rasel Mahmud is a Co-founder and Chief Operations Officer of One More One Group, who helps create a roadmap and structure for the organisation’s operation and implement them through people and process.
Before starting a successful hospitality business, Rasel spent 8 years in Retail and Hospitality management. After successfully running multiple businesses in the United Kingdom Rasel is now mentoring One More One Bangladesh investments through Pathfinder; a startup incubator in Khulna.
Rasel enjoys motoring and learning new skills. Calm, simple and centered is the best way to describe Rasel’s personality and approach toward business and life.

Sadique Uddin

Senior Project Manager, One More One Group

Over his 10 years of career, Sadique has gained expertise in project management, communications, digital marketing, journalism and media management.
Currently he is managing a $2.1 million worth project from Cornell Alliance for Science of Cornell University. After Graduating in Mass Communication and Media Studies, and Post-Graduation in Developmental Studies, he worked with many renowned entities like IUCN Bangladesh, WildTeam, Sundarbans Tiger Project, Bengal Group Ltd, Interspeed Advertising and a number of national media outlets.
He also coordinated many fundraising campaigns and countrywide market research aided by national and international organizations and USAID funded projects.

Sadique Uddin
